In what some see as a final desperate move to separate themselves from the Duchy, The Pilgrims of Percy have  completed construction of  a wall around their Republic, after several weeks of work, sometimes in the dark of night.

As they toiled, they could be heard chanting:

"I will lift up a wall,
To fend off my foes,
Be it knobs from KEVA,
Or Cherry Street ho's

Keep out, keep out,
You Corktown louts,
Or we'll strew your entrails,
All about"

Some believe this precedes the development of new swanky condominium housing in the affected area. However, we note that recently, considerable quantities of sand and palm trees were delivered. We understand The Pilgrims of Percy, some of whom appear to be wasting away, are devout followers of the Church of Jimmy Buffet.
