Like pretty well everyone in the country last night, our head exploded when Alexandre Bilodeau won the Gold. 

Coming into the third day - here are the hits and misses from where we sit:

HITS:

• Jenn Heil - first medal, class act, class interview, even with inept CTV reporters who could only focus on her losing the gold, rather than winning the silver.
• Alexandre Bilodeau once again, just for being a class act on so many levels.
• Cindy Klassen, for giving it her best.
• Kristina Groves for winning a bronze.
• The men's downhill mogul event, for being so exciting.
• The opening ceremonies.
• The Olympic website and itouch app - a great way to keep on top of events.
